Blower Motor High Speed Inoperative Auxiliary

Test Description

The number(s) below refer to the step number(s) on the diagnostic table.

  1. This step will determine if one or more blower speeds are inoperative.

  2. If the auxiliary blower motor operates correctly from the rear auxiliary HVAC control assembly, the auxiliary blower motor and auxiliary blower motor resistor assembly are functioning properly.

  3. This step tests for an open in one of the blower motor speed control circuits and determines if the auxiliary blower motor and auxiliary blower motor resistor are functioning correctly.
