Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2001 🢒 Chevy C Silverado - 2WD 🢒 Transmission/Transaxle 🢒 Automatic Transmission - Allison 🢒 Park/Neutral Position Switch Removal

  1. Hold selector lever (1) from rotating with a wrench and remove nut (3) from selector shaft (2).
  2. Remove the selector lever from the selector shaft.

    3. Object Number: 1235305 Size: SH
  3. Inspect the selector shaft for burrs or raised metal where the selector lever bears on the selector shaft. Remove any burrs or raised metal with a small file.
  4. If a brown NSBU switch is installed, remove front splash shield (4) from the selector shaft.
  5. Remove two bolts (2).
  6. Remove NSBU switch (1) from the main housing and selector shaft.
