Hard to Fill Fuel Tank at High Volume Diesel Pumps - kw LB7 LLY no nozzle

When servicing the vehicle with the VIN you entered, the following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the described symptoms.

The customer is filling the vehicle at a truck stop, with a high volume semi-truck type nozzle, and expects to fill the tank at a high volume rate. This could result in a customer complaint of the vehicle is hard to fill or a fuel spitback condition during filling.

Vehicles should only be filled at normal filling stations, or the automotive side of a truck stop.

Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
