Removal Procedure
- Remove the retaining screws.
- Standing at the rear of the pickup, lift in the center of the a pickup box bedliner and remove from under the bedrails.
- Remove the bedliner from the bed.
- Remove the retainers from the tailgate liner and 2 latch bolts.
- Remover liner from tailgate.
Installation Procedure
- Install the tailgate liner.
- Install the retainers.
- Install the latch bolts.
- Place the bedliner in the truck box. Lift from 1 side and with an assistant, slip the pickup box bedliner wall under the bedrail.
- Install the retaining screws until fully seated, but not stripped.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.
Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).
