Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 1996 🢒 Chevy G Van 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 7.4L 🢒 Exhaust Manifold Removal
  1. Remove the EGR valve inlet pipe from the intake manifold.
  2. Remove the EGR valve inlet pipe from the left exhaust manifold.

    3. Notice: Twist the spark plug boot one-half turn in order to release the boot. Pull on the spark plug boot only. Do not pull on the spark plug wire or the wire could be damaged.

  3. Remove spark plug wire boots from spark plugs
  4. Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield nuts.

    5. Object Number: 65852 Size: SH
  5. Remove the spark plug heat shields.

    6. Object Number: 64527 Size: MH
  6. Remove exhaust manifold nuts.
  7. Remove the exhaust manifold and gasket.
  8. Remove exhaust manifold studs.
