Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 1996 🢒 Chevy G Van 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 7.4L 🢒 Engine Block Disassemble
  1. Remove the cooling jacket plugs by using the following procedure:
    2. 1.1. Obtain a suitable self-threading screw.
    1.2. Drill a hole into the plug.
    1.3. Install the self-threading screw.
    1.4. Remove the jacket plugs.

  2. Remove the oil gallery plugs.
  3. Remove the fuel pump/oil pressure switch.
  4. Remove the knock sensor.

    5. Object Number: 70416 Size: SH
  5. Remove the oil filter fitting.

    6. Object Number: 70414 Size: SH
  6. Remove the oil bypass valves. Discard the valves.
