THIS BULLETIN SUPPLEMENTS CAMPAIGN BULLETIN 96058 ISSUED OCTOBER, 1996. THE STARTING VIN BREAKPOINTS HAVE BEEN REVISED IN THE VEHICLES INVOLVED SECTION. DEALERS RESPONSIBLE FOR NEWLY INVOLVED VEHICLES WILL RECEIVE A LISTING ATTACHED TO THIS CAMPAIGN SUPPLEMENT. PLEASE ATTACH THIS SUPPLEMENT TO THE ORIGINAL CAMPAIGN BULLETIN 96058.
