Condition/Concern:
Dealers cannot currently obtain paint for the 2003 GMT800 trucks that have been delivered to the Canadian Department of National Defense.
Recommendation/Instructions:
The special paint, 383 lusterless green, is now available for purchase from the following source:

The cost of the paint is $100.00 US Dollars per quart kit. Cost may vary based on shipping location and method. Paint is available in one US quart kits only. Kit will include 1/2 pint of paint, 1/2 pint of hardener, (Yield of sprayable material is one quart). Mixing/application instructions as well as MSD sheets are included.
A GM Dealership can purchase paint directly from TDM. Credit Cards such as Visa and MasterCard are accepted. The cost of paint & shipping is to be submitted as a net item for warranty and transit claims.
Note: This is a special paint and is NOT available through any other source such as local PPG Distributors or automotive paint supplier.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
