TOP RADIATOR SUPPORT COVER NEW COVER ASSY. RELEASED

MODELS: 1980 M.D. CONVENTIONAL WITH T50-FIBERGLASS TILT HOOD WITH LH3 OR LH4-8.2 N/T DDAD ENGINE SOME OF THE ABOVE SUBJECT VEHICLES MAY CONTAIN A MISPOSITIONED WELDED STRUT ROD MOUNTING BRACKET(S) ON THE TOP RADIATOR SUPPORT COVER ASSEMBLY. THIS ASSEMBLY WILL RESULT IN IMPROPER FORE AND AFT LOCATION OF THE RADIATOR WITH RESULTANT INTERFERENCES. THIS CONDITION CORRECTED IN PRODUCTION EFFECTIVE WITH THE FOLLOWING VIN'S: T17DGAV609569 C17DGAV153001 IN THE EVENT THIS CONDITION IS ENCOUNTERED ON A VEHICLE IN SERVICE, INSPECT PROPER RADIATOR STRUT ROD MOUNTING BRACKET LOCATION SHOWN IN FIGURE NO. 1. IF THE BRACKETS ARE NOT IN THE CORRECT POSITION, THE TOP RADIATOR SUPPORT COVER ASSEMBLY SHOULD BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH A NEW TOP RADIATOR SUPPORT COVER ASSMEBLY, CONSISTING OF P/N 2039385 SUPPORT COVER AND P/N 695852 SEAL.
