DIESEL ALTERNATOR BELT NEW BELT INFORMATION

An alternator belt utilizing new material for the 5.7 V8 diesel is now in production. This new belt P/N 22517019 is available from WDDGM and replaces P/N 22511773. This belt, when installed properly, will increase durability and should be used as a service replacement on all V8 diesel engines with a step drive alternator. A step drive belt runs over water pump and alternator pulleys only.
