IN ORDER TO EXPEDITE SOME INSTRUMENT CLUSTER REPAIRS, GM SPO HAS RELEASED SEVERAL OF THE GAUGES INDIVIDUALLY. THIS MEANS THAT THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER MAY BE SERVICED AT YOUR DEALERSHIP, DEPENDING ON THE REPAIR REQUIRED. REFER TO SERVICE MANUAL SECTIONS, 8A AND 8C.
THE SPECIFIC GAUGE PART NUMBERS FOR THE B7 AND P6 MODELS ARE LISTED UNDER GROUP 9 OF THE GM SPO PARTS FICHE OR CATALOG. FOR THE TOPKICK AND KODIAK, THERE ARE FOUR 1990- 1994 C6, C7 CLUSTER ASSEMBLIES/INSTRUMENT PANELS IDENTIFIED IN GROUP 9 OF THE GM SPO PARTS FICHE OR CATALOG. THESE CLUSTERS ARE IDENTIFIED BY THE SPECIFIC BRAKE AND GAUGE OPTIONS ORDERED ON THE TRUCK:

REFER TO THE SERVICE MANUAL SECTIONS 8A INSTRUMENT PANEL AND GAGES AND 8C ELECTRICAL DIAGRAMS AND DIAGNOSIS. ON TRUCKS EQUIPPED WITH JE4 AIR BRAKES, DISCHARGE THE AIR FROM THE TANKS BEFORE REMOVING THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER.
COMPLETE REMOVAL OF THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER WHEN SERVICING GAGES IS RECOMMENDED.
