Bent bowl or bowl not concentric with hub.	Inspect the bowl. Replace the tilt head assembly as needed. Refer to Steering Shaft, Lower Bearing, and Jacket - Disassemble - Off Vehicle and Steering Shaft, Lower Bearing, and Jacket - Assemble - Off Vehicle .
