Removal Procedure

    Notice: Allowing the drive belt tensioner to snap into the free position may result in damage to the tensioner.


    Object Number: 177620 Size: SH
  1. Install a 3/8 inch drive wrench into the square hole on the tensioner arm and rotate the arm counterclockwise.
  2. Remove the drive belt.
  3. Slowly release the tension on the tensioner arm.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 43859 Size: SH
  1. Route the belt over all the pulleys except the tensioner arm.

    2. Object Number: 177622 Size: SH
  2. Install a 3/8 inch drive wrench into the square hole on the tensioner arm and rotate the arm counterclockwise.
  3. Install the belt over the tensioner arm pulley.
  4. Slowly release the tension on the tensioner arm.
  5. Confirm that the belt is properly routed.
