Voltage is supplied, at all times, to the horn relay through CKT 640 (ORN) from the HORN fuse. Pressing the pad in the center of the steering wheel completes the ground for the coil side of the horn relay through CKT 28 (BLK). The horn relay energizes and the switch contacts close. Voltage is supplied to the horns on CKT 29 (DK GRN). The horns will sound when ground is established at G 106. The horns use a solenoid operated diaphragm to generate sound.

Horn replacement procedures are not included in this manual. Installation of the horns are performed by the individual body builder and the location may vary.
