Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 1997 🢒 Chevy P62 Commercial Chassis 🢒 Steering 🢒 Power Steering System 🢒 Power Steering Fluid Cooler

Removal Procedure
  1. Place a drain pan beneath the oil cooler.
  2. Raise the hose to prevent drainage of the fluid.
  3. Cap or tape the ends of the hose and the pump to prevent dirt from entering the system.

    4. Object Number: 24353 Size: SH
  4. Disconnect the power steering hoses at the power steering fluid cooler.
  5. Remove the retaining bolts, washers, and the power steering fluid cooler from the radiator fan.
  6. Remove the bracket mounting bolts, the washers, the nuts and the brackets from the power steering oil cooler.
  7. Clean the power steering fluid cooler. Remove all the debris from the cooling fans.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 24353 Size: SH
  1. Install the brackets on the power steering oil cooler with the bolts, the washers, and the nuts.
  2. Install the power steering oil cooler on the radiator frame with the washers and the bracket mounting bolts.
  3. Tighten the bracket mounting bolts.
  4. Connect the power steering hoses to the power steering oil cooler.
