Loose switch mounting screws

Tighten the screws.

Switch or anchor bosses broken

Replace the switch.

Broken, missing or out-of-position detent, return or canceling spring

Reposition or replace the springs as required.

Uneven or incorrect canceling cam to canceling spring interference

Adjust the switch position.

If interference is correct and the switch will still not cancel, replace the switch.

If interference cannot be correct by the switch adjustment, replace the canceling cam.
