Intake Manifold Removal for Chevrolet Chevy Suburban 4WD - RHD 1999


    Object Number: 68321 Size: SH
  1. Remove the bolts for the center intake manifold.
  2. Remove the center section of the intake manifold from the turbocharger and the left and right intake manifolds.
  3. Remove the gaskets from the left and right intake manifolds.
  4. Remove the O-ring from the turbocharger inlet housing.

  5. Remove the nuts for the fuel line brackets and fuel lines.
  6. Remove the nuts for the miscellaneous brackets and the brackets.
  7. Remove the CDR valve from the right valve rocker arm cover.
  8. Remove the intake manifold bolts.
  9. Remove the intake manifolds.
  10. Remove the gaskets.
