Did you perform the Lighting Diagnostic System Check?

Go to Diagnostic System Check - Lighting Systems

Verify the fault is present.

Does the system operate normally?

Go to Testing for Electrical Intermittents in Wiring Systems

Go to Step 3

Turn the turn signal on, both left then right.

Does the turn signals function properly?

Go to Step 4

Go to Turn Signal Lamps Inoperative

Inspect the inoperative lamp filament.

Is the filament open?

Go to Step 8

Go to Step 5

1. Turn the park lights on.
2. Connect a test lamp from terminal A of the inoperative lamp to ground.

Does the test lamp illuminate?

Go to Step 7

Go to Step 6

Repair the open in the park lamp feed circuit between the inoperative lamp and engine wiring harness junction block. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Did you complete the repair?

Go to Step 9

Repair the open in the fused turn signal lamp feed circuit between lamp and engine wiring harness junction block. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Did you complete the repair?

Go to Step 9

Replace the inoperative lamp.

Did you complete the replacement?

Go to Step 9

Operate the system in order to verify the repair.

Did you correct the condition?

System OK

Go to Step 3
