Inside Air Temperature Sensor Replacement Overhead

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the left windshield garnish molding. Refer to Windshield Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
  2. Remove the left center pillar assist handle. Refer to Assist Handle Replacement in Interior Trim.
  3. Remove the left center pillar garnish molding. Refer to Center Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
  4. Remove the left sunshade. Refer to Sunshade Replacement in Interior Trim.
  5. Remove the retaining screws from the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim
  6. Gently pull down the headliner.
  7. Remove the inside air temperature sensor from the headliner.

    8. Object Number: 675996 Size: SH
  8. Disconnect the electrical connector from the inside air temperature sensor.

    9. Object Number: 675994 Size: SH
  9. Remove the inside air temperature sensor from the headliner.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 675994 Size: SH
  1. Install the inside air temperature sensor to the headliner.

    2. Object Number: 675996 Size: SH
  2. Connect the electrical connector to the inside air temperature sensor.
  3. Install the screws to the headliner. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
  4. Install the left sunshade. Refer to Center Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
  5. Install the left center pillar garnish molding. Refer to Center Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
  6. Install the left center assist handle. Refer to Assist Handle Replacement in Interior Trim.
  7. Install the left windshield garnish molding. Refer to Windshield Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
