Preliminary Procedure

1. Remove the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the recirculation actuator.

Recirculation Actuator Screw (Qty: 2)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
1.5 N·m (13 lb in)

Tighten
1.5 N·m (13 lb in)

Tip
Tilt the rear of the air inlet assembly upward to release front mounting tabs.
