Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the right rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side.
2. Remove the air temperature sensor, if equipped.
3. Duct has one screw holding it on, in the inside of duct must be removed.

Air Duct, Lower

Tip

1. Small hidden screw inside duct.
2. Squeeze the inside edge of the lower duct until the edge is clear of the air distributor duct.

Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the right rear quarter trim panel. Refer to Rear Quarter Trim Panel Replacement - Right Side.
2. Remove the upper air temperature sensor, if equipped.

Screw, Air Duct Upper (Qty: 1)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tip
Release retainer on body side of duct

Tighten
1.5 N·m (13 lb in)

Air Duct, Upper

Tip
Carefully slide the duct up to the headliner, until the bottom edge of the duct is above the air distributor duct.
