PULSE WIPER SYSTEM PHANTOM WIPE INFORMATION

Model and Year: 1983 AND PRIOR - "C-K" TRUCKS

Some "C-K" trucks equipped with the optional pulse wiper system, RPO CD4, have experienced cases of phantom wipe. These phantom wipes of the windshield wiper arms occur at engine start-up and/or randomly with the wiper system in the "off" position.

To correct any vehicle with this condition, install pulse wipe control module, P/N 15598419. The module is located under the dash to the left of the steering column.
