Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1207325 Size: SH
  1. Remove the stowage compartment lid from the vehicle. Refer to Cargo Box Stowage Box Lid Replacement .
  2. Remove the retainers (1) from the lower hinge.

    3. Object Number: 1207330 Size: SH
  3. Remove the screws (1) from the upper hinge.
  4. Remove the hinge from the stowage compartment assembly.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1207327 Size: SH
  1. Place the lower hinge studs (1) into the stowage compartment (2).

    2. Object Number: 1207325 Size: SH

    Important: If equipped with a gasket, ensure the gasket alignment surrounds the retainers to prevent water intrusion.

  2. Install the lower hinge retainers (1).

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Align the upper hinge with the stowage compartment lid and install the screws (1).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 7 N·m (62 lb in).

  4. Reinstall the stowage compartment onto the vehicle. Refer to Cargo Box Stowage Box Lid Replacement .
