The vehicle may have a power sliding sunroof. To open or close the sunroof the ignition or RAP must be active.

The controls to open and close the sunroof are located on the overhead console.

(Open): Press this button to open the sunroof.

(Close): Press this button to close the sunroof.

If an object is blocking the sunroof as it is closing, it will stop at the obstruction. After the obstruction is removed, the sunroof can be opened or closed.

Use care not to leave the sunroof open for long periods of time as debris may collect in the tracts.

Manual Key Instructions

If the sunroof cannot be closed using the control, it can be closed manually with the sunroof key, located in the glove box, by using the following steps.

1. Remove the interior trim bezel from the sunroof by removing the two screws from the clip on the front of the bezel under the wind deflector.



2. Remove the two T-25 (M5 X 20) retaining bolts from the sunroof motor assembly and remove the motor.



3. Insert the sunroof key into the sunroof gear drive assembly and turn it clockwise to close the sunroof.
4. Repeat steps two and one to reassemble the headliner.
