Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the sill trim plate from the rear compartment. Refer to Rear Compartment Sill Trim Plate Replacement .
  2. Remove the spare tire cover from the rear compartment.
  3. Remove the convenience net retainers, if equipped.
  4. Remove the convenience net, if equipped.

  5. Object Number: 277682  Size: MH
  6. Remove the rear compartment trim panel retainers (2).
  7. Remove the rear seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement in Seats.
  8. Remove the rear seat back. Refer to Rear Seat Back Replacement in Seats.

  9. Object Number: 460377  Size: SH

    Important: The rear compartment trim panel is a two-piece molded unit.

  10. Fold the left section of the rear compartment trim panel toward the center of the compartment, and remove the trim panel.
  11. Fold the right section of the rear compartment trim panel toward the center of the compartment, and remove the trim panel.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 460377  Size: SH
  1. Position the right trim panel into the rear compartment, and install the trim panel to the original position.
  2. Position the left trim panel into the rear compartment, and install the trim panel to the original position.
  3. Install the rear seat back. Refer to Rear Seat Back Replacement in Seats.
  4. Install the rear seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement in Seats.

  5. Object Number: 277682  Size: MH
  6. Install the rear compartment trim panel retainers (2).
  7. Install the spare tire cover to the rear compartment
  8. Install the convenience retainers, if equipped.
  9. Install the convenience net, if equipped.
  10. Install the sill trim plate to the rear compartment. Refer to Rear Compartment Sill Trim Plate Replacement .
