Replacement of the engine compartment lower rail assemblies as been improved on the Malibu/Cutlass through the use of a sub-assembly service part.

The lower rail service part comes complete with all brackets and reinforcements. Order the entire assembly and extract necessary parts when sectioning. Use the rail outer panel and a portion of the inner rail, as shown in the illustration.

Sectioning of the lower rail does NOT require removal of the powertrain.
