Removal Procedure
  1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  2. Remove the left front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels .

    3. Object Number: 1436630 Size: SH
  3. Remove the mount thru bolt.

    4. Object Number: 1436640 Size: SH
  4. Remove the mount bolts.
  5. Remove the mount out the left wheel opening.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the mount.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1436640 Size: SH
  2. Install the mount bolts.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 122 N·m (90 lb ft).


    Object Number: 1436630 Size: SH
  3. Install the mount thru bolt.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 120 N·m (89 lb ft).

  4. Install the left front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels .
  5. Lower the vehicle.
