To replace one of these bulbs, do the following:

1. Open the trunk. See Trunk for more information.
2. Locate the CHMSL housing on the underside of the rear window shelf.
3. Remove the bulb socket by turning it one-quarter of a turn counterclockwise.
4. Remove the old bulb and replace with a new one.
5. Turn the bulb socket clockwise to secure.
6. Close the trunk.
