Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2005 🢒 Cobalt 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 2.0L 🢒 Supercharger Installation

    Object Number: 1339285 Size: SH
  1. Install the supercharger gasket.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the supercharger.
  3. Install the supercharger bolts.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  4. Install the boost solenoid, bracket and hoses.

    5. Object Number: 1381514 Size: SH
  5. Install the fuel rail and injector cups.
  6. Install the fuel rail studs.

    7. Tighten
    Tighten the fuel rail and injector studs to 10 N·m (89 lb in).


    Object Number: 1381512 Size: SH
  7. Install the baro sensor and coolant return line as an assembly.
  8. Install the coolant return line bolt.

    9. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 8 N·m (71 lb in).

  9. Install the fuel rail feed line and injector harness bracket.
  10. Install the injector harness bracket nut.

    11. Tighten

        • Tighten the fuel feed line to 14 N·m (124 lb in).
        • Tighten the fuel feed line and injector harness bracket nut to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  11. Install the boost solenoid bracket nut.

    12. Tighten
    Tighten the nut to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  12. Install the boost solenoid hose to the supercharger.

    13. Object Number: 1339289 Size: SH
  13. Install the throttle body gasket.
  14. Install the throttle body.
  15. Install the throttle body bolts.

    16. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
