Removal Procedure
  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  2. Remove the front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.

    3. Object Number: 851720 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the stabilizer link from the stabilizer shaft.

    4. Object Number: 851723 Size: SH
  4. Disconnect the stabilizer link from the strut assembly and remove from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 851723 Size: SH
  1. Connect the stabilizer link to the strut assembly.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the stabilizer link nut to 65 N·m (48 lb ft).


    Object Number: 851720 Size: SH
  2. Connect the stabilizer link to the stabilizer shaft.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the stabilizer link nut to 80 N·m (59 lb ft).

  3. Install the front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.
  4. Lower the vehicle.
