Preliminary Procedures

1. Lift and support vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
2. Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .

Engine Splash Shield Retainer (Qty: 3)

Procedure

1. Remove all splash shield push-in retainers except the one hidden by the inner fender.
2. Remove the front 3 inner fasteners and reposition to access the hidden fastener.
