This bulletin is being updated to end the need for information from the field. Engineering has collected sufficient information to root cause this condition. Please discard Corporate Bulletin Number 06-06-02-013E (Section 06 - Engine).

Condition

Some customers may comment on any of the following conditions:

    • Loss of coolant
    • Insufficient heat to the passenger compartment
    • MIL on/coolant (temperature) light illuminated

Cause

GM Engineering has collected sufficient information from the field and is determining a root cause for this condition.

Correction

Diagnose and repair using information found in SI. When root cause analysis has been completed and fix information is available, this bulletin will be updated.
