Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 2035289 Size: SH
  1. Drain the charged air cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling.
  2. Disconnect the oil cooler hoses (1).
  3. Remove the oil cooler bolts (2).
  4. Remove the oil cooler.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2035289 Size: SH
  1. Install the oil cooler.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the oil cooler bolts (2).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts and stud to 22 N·m (16 lb ft).

  3. Connect the oil cooler hoses (1).
  4. Fill the charged air cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling.
