The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
You may have difficulty removing the upper seat belt (B pillar) bolts. This condition can be caused by an excessive amount of thread locker on the bolts.
If you notice the bolts will NOT break loose, then use a large breaker bar (2-3 feet long) and tap the handle of the bar counter-clockwise. You will want to stay away from using an impact wrench, and or an air ratchet as you can possibly break loose the cage nut on the back of the B pillar.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
