Preliminary Procedures Remove the steering column opening filler assembly. Refer to Steering Column Opening Filler Replacement. Tilt the steering wheel to its full upward position.
1	Instrument Panel Trim Plate Procedure Release the left-hand instrument panel (I/P) trim plate assembly by pulling away from the I/P retainer. Disconnect the electrical connector.
2	Instrument Panel Trim Plate Clip (Qty: 2)

Component Name

Remove the steering column opening filler assembly. Refer to Steering Column Opening Filler Replacement.
Tilt the steering wheel to its full upward position.

Instrument Panel Trim Plate

Release the left-hand instrument panel (I/P) trim plate assembly by pulling away from the I/P retainer.
Disconnect the electrical connector.

Instrument Panel Trim Plate Clip (Qty: 2)
