Disable the SIR in Zones 2 or 6. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling.

Seat Belt Anchor Bolt

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tip
Move the seat to the full forward position to gain access to the bolt.

Tighten
45 N·m (33 lb ft)

Seat Belt Adjuster Cover

Seat Belt Adjuster Bolt

Tighten
45 N·m (33 lb ft)

Seat Belt Retractor Bolt

Tip
Remove the center pillar lower trim panel to gain access to the bolt. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Garnish Molding Replacement.

Tighten
45 N·m (33 lb ft)

Front Seat Belt Retractor Assembly

Tip
Disconnect the belt tension sensor electrical connector.
