Notice: Refer to Fuel and Evaporative Emission Hose/Pipe Connection Cleaning Notice in the Preface section.

1. Remove the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .



2. Disconnect the fuel feed pipe from the fuel filter. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .



3. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service in order to disconnect the following from the fuel tank module (2):

•	The fuel return pipe (6)

•	The fuel feed pipe (7)

4. Disengage the following from the retaining clips (1):

•	The fuel return pipe (6)

•	The fuel feed pipe (7)

1. Secure the following to the retaining clips (1):

•	The fuel return pipe (6)

•	The fuel feed pipe (7)

2. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service in order to connect the following to the fuel tank module (2):

•	The fuel return pipe (6)

•	The fuel feed pipe (7)




3. Connect the fuel feed pipe to the fuel filter. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
4. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
