Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2006 🢒 Colorado Pickup - 2WD 🢒 Driveline/Axle 🢒 Transfer Case - Isuzu T150 🢒 Transfer Case 2/4 Indicator Switch Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .

    2. Object Number: 1313610 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the gray engine wiring harness electrical connector (2) from the gray 2/4 indicator switch electrical connector (4).

    3. Object Number: 1313615 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the gray 2/4 indicator switch electrical connector (2) from the bracket (1).
  4. Loosen the switch connector bracket bolt in order to release the 2/4 indicator switch pigtail.
  5. Remove the transfer case 2/4 indicator switch (4) and gasket (3) from the transfer case.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Notice in the Preface section.

  1. Install the transfer case 2/4 indicator switch (4) and gasket (3) into the transfer case.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the 2/4 indicator switch to 39 N·m (29 lb ft).

  2. Route the 2/4 indicator switch pigtail along the bracket (1)
  3. Install the switch connector bracket bolt.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the switch connector bracket bolt to 15 N·m (11 lb ft).

  4. Connect the gray 2/4 indicator switch electrical connector (2) to the bracket (1).

  5. Connect the gray engine wiring harness electrical connector (2) to the gray 2/4 indicator switch electrical connector (4).
  6. Lower the vehicle.
