    Object Number: 1816277 Size: SH
  1. Install a new intake manifold gasket.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the intake manifold and bolts. Tighten the intake manifold bolts from the inside out to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

    3. Object Number: 1817017 Size: SH
  3. Install a new throttle control module gasket.
  4. Install the throttle control module.
  5. Add threadlock GM P/N 12346004 (Canadian P/N 10953480) to the throttle control module bolt threads.
  6. Install the throttle control module bolts. Tighten the throttle control module bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
