Condition/Concern:
Battery cable protective cover may be loose or missing.
Recommendation/Instructions:
DO NOT replace the battery cable. This battery cable terminal cover is available separately. Replace the cover only with part number 88988167.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
