EXHAUST HANGER 'O-RING' UNHOOKING FROM RETAINERS

SUBJECT: EXHAUST HANGER 'O-RING' UNHOOKING (NEW EXHAUST HANGER O-RING)

VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1990-1991 'L' CORSICA/BERETTA VEHICLES

A condition may exist on some 1990-91 Corsica/Beretta vehicles where the exhaust hanger "0-rings" may become repeatedly unhooked from their retainers. This may cause more than normal looseness in the system and may cause underbody noise comments from the owner.

A new design exhaust hanger "0-ring" has been released to correct this condition. The new part number is 10056770.
