Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the battery from the vehicle.
  2. Remove the snorkel duct.
  3. Remove the Intermediate duct.

  4. Object Number: 13207  Size: SH
  5. Remove the battery tray mounting bolts.
  6. Remove the resonator.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 13207  Size: SH
  1. Install the resonator.
  2. Install the resonator bolts.
  3. Tighten
    Tighten the resonator mounting bolts to 6 N·m (53 lb in).

    Caution: Unless directed otherwise, the ignition and start switch must be in the OFF or LOCK position, and all electrical loads must be OFF before servicing any electrical component. Disconnect the negative battery cable to prevent an electrical spark should a tool or equipment come in contact with an exposed electrical terminal. Failure to follow these precautions may result in personal injury and/or damage to the vehicle or its components.

  4. Install the battery mounting tray bolts.
  5. Install the intermediate duct.
  6. Install the snorkel duct.
  7. Install the battery.
