Exhaust Manifold Replacement 2.2L

1. Raise the vehicle.
2. Support the three way catalytic converter.



3. Remove the exhaust manifold pipe assembly from the three way catalytic converter.



4. Remove the exhaust manifold pipe assembly from the exhaust manifold.
5. Remove the exhaust manifold seal and the three way catalytic converter seal.
6. Clean the flange surfaces.

1. Install the exhaust manifold seal and the three way catalytic converter seal.
2. Install the exhaust manifold pipe assembly to the exhaust manifold.



3. Install the exhaust manifold pipe assembly to the three way catalytic converter.
4. Lower the vehicle.

Exhaust Manifold Replacement 3.1L

1. Raise the vehicle.
2. Support the three way catalytic converter.



3. Remove the exhaust manifold pipe assembly from the intermediate pipe.
4. Remove the exhaust manifold pipe assembly from the exhaust manifold.
5. Remove the exhaust manifold and three way catalytic converter seals.
6. Clean the flange surfaces.

1. Install the exhaust manifold and three way catalytic converter seals.
2. Install the exhaust manifold pipe assembly to the exhaust manifold.
3. Install the exhaust manifold pipe assembly to the intermediate pipe.
4. Lower the vehicle.
