LOOSENESS REAR TIE ROD REPLACEMENT INFORMATION

The 1984 Corvette rear tie rod assemblies have plastic internal bearings. If damage is sustained to the rear suspension or structure, the rear tie rod assembly should be checked for looseness. If any looseness is found, the rod assembly should be replaced.
