VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1984 Corvette

During the 1984 model year production run, an alternate pinion depth shim location was established as shown in Figure 1. The service procedures remain the same as outlined in Section 4B, Page 4B-16.

For the 1985 model year, the subject shim will be located in Position B only as shown in Figure 1.
