REVISED SPINDLE TO HUB/BEARING NUT TORQUE SPECIFICATION

VEHICLES AFFECTED: 1985 Corvette -------------

The torque specification for the spindle to hub and bearing nut found in Fig. 3D-16 on page 3D-9 has been changed from 110 Nm (81 ft. lbs.) to 205-240 Nm (151-177 ft. lbs.). The new specification should be noted in your copy of the 1985 Corvette Shop Manual (ST-364-85).
