The following is a revised procedure for the 1985 Corvette MAF Burn-Off Module. Please note this change in your copy of the 1985 Corvette Shop Manual (ST-364-85) on page 6E3-77.
1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
2. Remove fuse cover and trim panel.
3. Remove I.P. bezel.
4. Remove upper trim pad.
5. Remove RH I.P. brace to I.P. bolt.
6. Remove centre trim pad to carrier screws.
7. Remove air duct.
8. Remove RH I.P. insulator (hush panel) and disconnect module wires.
9. Remove burn-off module.
10. Reverse removal procedures.
