Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 1996 🢒 Corvette 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Controls - 4.3L (Caprice Only) and 5.7L 🢒 Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Solenoid Valve Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Disconnect the electrical connector

    2. Object Number: 13577 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the hoses from the solenoid valve (3).
  3. Remove the bracket (2) and solenoid (3) from The intake manifold (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 13577 Size: SH
  1. Install the solenoid valve (3) to the intake manifold (1).

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the Fastener (4) to the intake manifold (1) to 5.8 N·m (52 lb in).

  2. Connect the electrical connector to the solenoid valve.
  3. Connect the hoses to the solenoid valve (3).
