Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 64008 Size: SH
  1. Remove the brake rotor. Refer to Rotor in Disc Brakes.
  2. Rotate the parking brake adjusting nut until the bolt is in closed position.
  3. Remove the parking brake shoe retaining spring.

    4. Object Number: 64007 Size: SH
  4. Remove the parking brake shoe assembly.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 64007 Size: SH
  1. Install the parking brake shoe assembly.

    2. Object Number: 64008 Size: SH
  2. Install the parking brake shoe retaining spring.
  3. Adjust the parking brake shoe to drum clearance. Refer to Rear Parking Brake Shoe and Lining Adjustment .
  4. Install the brake rotor. Refer to Rotor in Disc Brakes.
