  1. Disconnect the body control module connector C3.
  2. Disconnect the BTSI control solenoid (4-pin) connector.
  3. Connect a DMM between the BTSI control solenoid (4-pin) connector terminal B and ground.
  4. Check for continuity to ground in CKT 8.

Is CKT 8 shorted to ground?
